Isuikwuato Like-Minds Declare Support For Hon. Uko Nkole For Senate 2027

A Meeting of Ideas, Experience and Collective Resolve

A significant meeting of Isuikwuato like-minds was held as stakeholders, community members and political supporters from different political backgrounds came together to discuss the 2027 Abia North Senatorial election and the need for purposeful representation.

The meeting was an interactive and engaging session, with participants openly sharing their thoughts on the kind of leadership they believe Abia North needs going forward.

At the centre of the discussion was Hon. Uko Ndukwe Nkole, immediate past Member of the House of Representatives for Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency, and his record of legislative representation and constituency interventions.

Participants referenced projects and interventions attributed to his tenure, including water schemes, roads, bridges, educational interventions and other constituency projects. His previous record has also been documented in public reports and project listings.

One of the major sentiments expressed during the meeting was the importance of looking beyond political party lines and focusing on experience, capacity, character and a demonstrated commitment to the people.

Speaking during the interactive session, one of the participants noted that the time has come for the people to support and vote for individuals they know, understand and can confidently entrust with public responsibility.

The statement drew agreement from other participants, who emphasized that representation should be measured not only by political promises but also by what a candidate has previously done and the ability to engage government institutions to attract development to the people.

The gathering was particularly notable for bringing together people from different political parties and political backgrounds, united by their expressed interest in supporting Hon. Uko Nkole’s Senate ambition in 2027.

The meeting therefore became more than a political gathering; it provided a platform for dialogue, questions, personal observations and the exchange of ideas about the future of Isuikwuato and Abia North.

Participants expressed their willingness to continue engaging with other stakeholders across Isuikwuato and the wider Abia North Senatorial District as the 2027 political season approaches.

For the Isuikwuato like-minds, the message from the meeting was clear:

Experience matters.
Performance matters.
Representation matters.
And the people deserve leadership they can identify with and hold accountable.
