The President of the Radio, Television, Theatre and Arts Workers’ Union of Nigeria (RATTAWU), Comrade Prince Emeka Kalu, on Friday, June 26, 2026, attended the 2026 Second Quarter Induction Ceremony of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), held at the Bolingo Xperia Hotel, Abuja.

The ceremony brought together newly inducted public relations practitioners, industry leaders, government officials, and key stakeholders to celebrate excellence, professionalism, and ethical standards in Nigeria’s public relations profession.
Prince Kalu’s participation at the event reaffirmed RATTAWU’s commitment to strengthening collaboration with professional bodies in pursuit of improved communication standards, media professionalism, and national development.


Speaking at the high-profile gathering, the RATTAWU President underscored the importance of strategic partnerships among media, labour, and public relations institutions in advancing professionalism and promoting responsible information management across the country.
RATTAWU congratulated all newly inducted members of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations and urged them to uphold the highest ethical standards as they contribute to the growth and development of the public relations profession in Nigeria.
