There is an adage that says, a taste of the pudding is in the eating.
As Member representing Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency, Hon. Uko Nkole delivered dividends of democracy that are still visible today:
BRIDGES & ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE:
- Rehabilitation of Anyim Bridge, Atan Abam — the critical link between Abia State and Akwa Ibom State — completed in 2016.
- Palliative repairs on Mmuri Bridge, Ebem Ohafia and its approaches, to ensure all-season ease of movement for our people.
- Reconstruction of Afagala Bridge, Idima Abam — completed in 2016.
- Attracted the construction of the new Omenuko Bridge, Arochukwu (Igwu River, Ozu Abam) — awarded to Messrs. Hartland/Setraco Ltd.
- Construction of a concrete bridge over Mmuri River along Route F107: Umuahia – Bende – Ozu Abam – Ohafia.
We give due credit to the present administration of Dr. Alex Chioma Otti of Abia State for building the Omenuko Bridge attracted by Hon. Uko Nkole.
Hon. Uko Nkole is the Primus Inter Pares. He has delivered before and will deliver again.
