Abia north senatorial zone has since 1999 being represented by our sons and they have individually done their best.
However, the people of the zone with a good landmass and population hower feel that considering the enormous billions earmarked for consttuency projects,their efforts are far cry from reality.
One of the ways that Chief Emeka Kalu will do things differently with the constituency project fund is proper ;

- BILLS THAT MEET THE ASPIRATIONS of the people of our zone.
- Provision for all the physically. challenged people.
- Requesting and prioritising the immediate needs of each local government and planning alongside the need in order of priority.
- Paying greater attention to the educational needs of the zone for education is key to human capital development
- Chief Emeka Kalu shall sponsor a 4year scholarship for all identified physically challenged persons.
- Our incoming senator,Chief Emeka Kalu will set aside fund and in aid of the state government identify the potential tourist and african heritage artifacts within the zone and enhance their status.
It is interesting to note that ECK foundation has since commenced indept field study to know the numbers and all persons of physically challenged persons in all the local governments that make up the zone.
