Osita Offor Urges Ndi Abia To Back Otti’s Continuity Agenda Through OTTIMANIA

Ambassador Dr. Osita Offor “De Ultimate Commander” (Ikenga Gbugburu of Ohafia and Nneato Ancient Kingdoms), has called on Ndi Abia to identify with the OTTIMANIA Legacy Movement and support the continuity of Governor Alex Chioma Otti, OFR, for sustained development in the state.

Ambassador Offor, who is the President of the OTTIMANIA Legacy Movement, said the growing development being witnessed across Abia requires continuity and stability if the gains of the present administration are to be consolidated and taken to the next level.

The OTTIMANIA President made the call while highlighting some of the emerging interventions of the Otti administration which, according to him, go beyond physical infrastructure to include the protection, welfare and dignity of ordinary Abians.

He particularly drew attention to the interventions of the First Lady of Abia State, Her Excellency Mrs. Priscillia Chidinma Otti, through her office in addressing cases of child abuse, elder abuse and domestic violence.

Offor said the swift response to reported cases, collaboration with relevant government agencies and the determination to ensure that perpetrators are brought to justice represent an important dimension of governance that should not be overlooked.

According to him, the combination of infrastructure development, institutional reforms and attention to the welfare and security of vulnerable citizens is part of the reason Ndi Abia should support the continuation of the present administration.

“Development is not only about roads and buildings. It is also about protecting our people, restoring dignity and making the government responsive when citizens are in distress,” Offor said.

Ambassador Offor therefore called on Ndi Abia to join hands with OTTIMANIA Legacy Movement and support what he described as “continuity for consolidation and accelerated development.”

“We have seen where Abia is coming from, and we can see where Abia is going. What we need now is to sustain the momentum, consolidate the gains and allow the work to continue,” he said.

Ambassador Offor urged members and supporters of OTTIMANIA to take the message of continuity to their respective communities and encourage more Abians to become part of the movement.

He reiterated the movement’s slogan, “Be Part Of The History,” saying the future of Abia requires citizens who are willing to support development that is already yielding visible results and to ensure that such efforts are not disrupted.

For De Ultimate Commander, the message is therefore about more than the 2027 political season. It is about preserving the direction of governance, consolidating the progress already recorded and giving Abia the stability required for faster development.

OTTIMANIA, he said, remains committed to that cause.
