Ambassador Dr. Osita Offor “De Ultimate Commander,” (Ikenga Gburuguru of Ohafia and Nneato Ancient Kingdoms(, has felicitated with the Chief of Staff to the Governor of Abia State, Pastor Caleb Ajagba, PhD., on the occasion of his birthday, which was celebrated on Thursday, August 20, 2026.
Ambassador Offor, who is the President of OTTIMANIA Legacy Movement and the United Abia Artistes and Patriots (UAAP) Forum, described Pastor Ajagba as a distinguished public servant whose contributions to the administration of Governor Alex Otti have continued to reflect commitment, diligence and loyalty to the development of Abia State.
In his goodwill message, Ambassador Offor congratulated the Chief of Staff for attaining another milestone in life, describing birthdays as moments not only for celebration but also for reflection on the impact an individual has made in the service of humanity.
He particularly acknowledged Pastor Ajagba’s role in supporting the administration of Governor Alex Otti and expressed confidence that his experience, dedication and sense of responsibility would continue to contribute meaningfully to the realization of the administration’s development agenda.
The OTTIMANIA Legacy Movement President also prayed for God’s continued guidance, wisdom, strength and good health for the Chief of Staff, while wishing him greater accomplishments in the years ahead.
