General Yakubu Gowon (rtd), the former head of state of the military, has been urged by Ohanaeze Ndigbo, the highest Igbo socio-cultural organisation, to ask for forgiveness and apologise to the Igbo people for his recent remarks regarding the Biafra civil war.
