Why is Godwin Emefiele undergoing trial in Nigeria under President Tinubu while someone like Okezie Ikpeazu can be nominated as an ambassador? Is this disparity appropriate?
Ikpeazu does not have a better image and relations than late Adelabu in the international community. The man is the worst and most underperforming governor in Nigeria’s history. Someone who took eight years to build a flyover less than 50 meters in size.
And, despite Abians and Nigerians calls for accountability, the president Tinubu Ambassadorial nominee Ikpeazu did not formally announce or publish the definitive total cost of the flyover project, unlike other state governors that made their project costs public knowledge.
Ikpeazu is a terrible man without conscience who gave only ₦500 to women who gave birth in the state. How could such a person represent a nation as an ambassador, Mr President?
